What You’ll Do

Build referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, hospices, physicians, and senior communities
Generate new client referrals through community outreach and follow-up
Become a trusted resource for discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare professionals
Represent Home Helpers Home Care at networking events and community activities
Manage leads, referrals, and sales activity using CRM tools
Drive growth across your assigned territory

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in healthcare, home care, or outside sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Comfortable with face-to-face networking and sales
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Valid Texas Driver’s License

Location

Cypress, TX & Surrounding Areas Full-Time | In-Person | Field-Based Role

Pay

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
